We understand that all dogs have individual needs and are happy to work at a pace that suits your dog. We can arrange home visits to build confidence and familiarity with the walker and then gradually introduce socialisation with calm, older dogs, building up to pack walks if required.
Of course! We have a variety of leads that can be used following an initial assessment. The most common is a 20 metre long line that will always be attached to the walker but gives your dog the freedom to run and play with the pack and help with recall training if required. If the recall improves and off lead consent is authorised by the owner we can progress to a trailing lead & fully off lead.
Whilst we always try to accommodate any requests, we cannot, unfortunately, facilitate regular weekly changes to our schedule. However, the schedule is ever-changing, so if you work irregular hours, please get in touch to discuss your needs
Yes, we are very proud to hold a 5 star rated license, and we are fully insured until 2026.
No, not at all. We are happy to let ourselves in and out of your property and always ensure your dog has fresh water and food (if required) on our return.
We walk in local parks, nature reserves and on public footpaths through fields. The location depends on the pick up route as we try to minimise the amount of time your dog spends in the van. Solo walks will be done in the locality of your home. Your dedicated walk time does not include travel so you can be assured your dog is getting the full walk time you pay for!
We need to have an up to date copy of your dog’s vaccination certificate on file but your dog does not need to be neutered/spayed. Bitches are unable to participate in pack walks whilst in season.
An invoice will be sent in advance with details of the days and times of your dogs walks; this will include details of who the walker is and all credits and charges. Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer or cash on the day.
We always communicate with you about your dog’s progress and post daily photographs and updates on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
